  Great! We found exactly what we needed... Did shop around a bit... but came back to Chris in Nanuet. He was most knowledgeable, accommodating and interested.

  We went to mattress firm and met our sales associate Chris. He was amazing to work with, kind, knowledgeable, understanding, professional, and worked with our budget. We got everything scheduled for delivery for our desired time frame. We could not be more impressed! If you need a mattress, this is the place to go!

  My fiance and I are getting married in September, so we are now at the stage where we are looking into mattresses and home stuff. We decided to go to Mattress Firm in Nanuet to try out a couple of mattresses. We all know that a mattress is huge investment and a salesman should be the most privy to this and that it is a decision that should not be rushed. We walked up to the door at 8:05 PM and the lights were off! We were a bit confused because it said online that the store opened till 9. As we were about to leave, a salesman came up to the door apologizing that he had to step to the back which is why he locked the door. He let us in and we began the process of trying out different mattresses. Although he was very knowledgeable about the product, he was not very friendly and we kept getting the vibe that we were a bother to him. He went over the price of one of the mattresses we liked and began talking about possible methods of payment. When we told him that we weren't interested in buying it today because we want to make sure we are getting a great deal, his whole demeanor changed. As my fiance was asking for a better price, the salesman (Chris) said, "Can I be blunt with you guys? If you aren't going to buy anything today can I go home, because I stayed open for you and I was closed at 8. " I have never been so disgusted in my life! My fiance and I left both agreeing to never come back and we will be taking our business elsewhere. As a salesman, it is your job to make customers feel comfortable and he did the complete opposite. it doesn't take 20 minutes to decide on such a big investment and he treated us as if he expected us to buy on the spot. And if the store indeed closes at 8pm then why does it say 9 on the website?

  Chris, he was very helpful in finding the perfect mattress for my sister. He was able to give us certain price ranges that was affordable for us. I would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Chris!!

  Excellent experience. Very professional staff, willing to help customers. Gave me an excellent price. Jerry is an excellent salesman. The store manager, Chris, goes above and beyond to keep the customer happy. Highly recommend anyone come to this location for their mattress needs.
