Love Diana and her team! Quick and speedy drop off and the best part, I wasn't charged extra for tape when I couldn't find my packaging tape at home.

I was delighted by this shop and its staff! Fantastic customer service from the moment I walked in - I was promptly offered assistance with the items I had. They helped me with assembling the package, tape, and label all at no charge. I later purchased stamps and had a few questions about international postage and the staff member was quite knowledgeable and happy to help. Lovely, calming atmosphere - There was no line even though I came through rush hour traffic to get there ( really convenient hours by the way). The lights and setup made for a very calming, easy to navigate space. I really liked the selection of stationary/gifts and was able to pick up a few cards I've needed. Conviently handles all post needs - They happily help with USPS, ups and FedEx. Whether one has a prepaid label printed in advance or needs help printing one there, they can help with the whole process. Thank you to the helpful and cheerful staff who assisted me this evening!

This place exemplifies what Ballard is and should remain as. Excellent service, quality retail, and a clear pride in ownership here. We go out of the way to do all of our postal business here and so should you!

Great gift and card selection, nice coffee shop, and exceptional service! Once you’ve tried it you’ll never imagine going back to any other shipping store.

I have been sending packages back to Thailand since I moved from SF to Seattle in 2013. Packages arrived safely and fast! It is not expensive compare to other places. The best place to send stuff back to Thailand for me!
