I absolutely love this business. You download the app, pick what brew you want, then go pick it up. Reason for 4 not 5 stars is because the weekend hours suck. You only have from 12-2pm to make it there for pick up. Other than that this business is great

Shipment mishandled. No effort from Tavour to help. First and last shipment hopefully coming tomorrow. Agree with disappointed reviews above. I understand service errors IF I sense some effort to rectify from the seller. I have not.

This is stupid. A whole lot of trash beers and $15 shipping to the east coast. I was hoping it would be a bunch of highly saught after beers that I can't get in my area but it's just junk you've never heard of and don't care about. Don't waste your time or money.

I ordered a gift box of beer for a business colleague and it has not been delivered yet after 1 month. I have communicated multiple times via email (the only way I know of to get a response) and been told that the beer was on its way or at the warehouse to be delivered. Tavour has had my $100 for a month, they have not delivered the beer, and they have consistently told me that it will be delivered. They have not proactively told me what is going on, they only respond when I ask them when the gift will be delivered. Bad Job, and I can't imagine the beer will be any good if it has been sitting in a warehouse for a month. BAD EXPERIENCE

Iā€™m convinced Tavour drops the quality of offerings after you begin to fill your cellar, because they know you are committed due to shipping costs. I was informed that beers are offered to locations where those beers are the hardest to find, but I saw many beers on Tavour's twitter page that I cannot get that I wasn't offered. I was also offered mediocre beers that I can get at any beer store around where I live. I expressed these concerns and was ignored. A first-come-first-serve model would suit this company well. Customers in the Northeast are getting the short end of the stick if we are all being skipped on the better ones.
