  Zach spent a lot of time and energy helping me get a new phone when mine completely died. & he also helped get it set up again, registered, etc—really helpful & knowledgeable—Simply MAC is lucky to have him!

  After trouble shooting on the interwebs and with less than personable, automated answering machines, I (technically my more audibly appealing roommate) decided to give Simply Mac a call. An angel named David answered the phone and little did I know he was the shinning light at the end of my tunnel of phone despair. Not only did he fix my battery issue, he took the time to explain the intricacies of what was going on under the hood of my iPhone(6). Additionally, he gave me some advice as to what I should expect and what I can do next on my journey as a functional phone owner. I can only assume from our interaction with the assistant manager that everyone at this store is probably awesome. Overall, my experience here was...Simply Mac-nificent. TLDR; This place is chill. They fixed my problem. David is really awesome.

  My husband and purchased new phone cases and screen protectors for ourselves and our two granddaughters in January 2018. We knew we could get things cheaper elsewhere but we liked the convenience of the store putting on the protectors for us and the salesman indicated that they would replace the screen protectors if they were broken at any time in the future. My screen protector is cracked and today when I took it in, the manager told me they stopped doing that. When I explained what I was told he agreed that we would have been told that but the store was no longer doing it.

  Lack of professionalism, seemed more interested in expediting my leaving the store than helping me out. The associate refused to take my issue seriously - didn't even run a diagnostic scan. When my SD card drive has been intermittently not working, he said "that doesn't make sense," because it happened to be working when I was in store, despite it not working multiple times at home. I love to support local, but don't waste your time - go downtown.

  Worst customer service ever. Don’t do it. They seem great at first but then you can’t get them on the phone for info. Also lots of nickel and dime even if you have a warranty. Why not just use online store if customer service is crap?
