  Why is Jonathan Smith on all Signature sites & rating them a 5 star. Makes you wonder!! I was checking different places to put my love one & seen him on ever one. It's sad people trying to get help for their love ones & some facilities don't care. What happened to doing your job & caring for others? They wouldn't be there if they didn't need to.

  Pathetic customer service skills Sara in medical records has the nastiest disposition ever the others at the desk ignores calls from the patients overall don't take your family there unless you want them to be mistreated. I wish I could've rated them zero stars.

  This place is horrible. Keep looking as there are better in Memphis. Would never send relative back.
