  Worst customer service. The lady that helped me today (long brown hair, possible name of Jada?) seemed pretty annoyed to be there today and on top of that, I asked her if they carried the TOMS in grey and she said no, not even Journeys then she called “to ask” and said nope they don’t, only size 6. I stopped by Journeys 10 minutes after and they magically had them in every size. The manager said it could of possibly been because she wanted the sale which is completely unprofessional to lie to a customer for commission sales. Very upset considering that I also work in customer service on commission. Hope they gather better employees soon.
