::The employees are terrible! Had a terrible experience in there today! Very very rude to me! I feel really sad and hurt! I WILL NEVER GO TO the ALDO in Fayett mall ANYMORE! Because of their "lovely" attitude to me! I was there today 9/2/2017 around 7 pm to 7:50 pm. My friend got an online order in the store, and the manager told her it will take 2 weeks to arrive. So today, after 2 weeks, she never received her shoes. So we went to the store and ask about it.... after 10 minutes wait they found the shoes and give to my friend and I was asking why on her recipe it did write anything about the online order. The manager explains his reason terribly and the other staff was standing next to me and look at me like I was an idiot, her attitude was terrible because of My English wasn't good enough to explain things better. The way how they look at me when I was trying to explain something is awful! I feel really shamed and been discriminated by them! I bought a plethora of stuffs from them and this is the service I got! Really really sad! I will Never go there again!

::Aldo has always been a favorite of mine, online and in store. Had a great experience tonight with the sales guy. He totally sold me on my new ankle boots and guessed my shoe size when I inquired about a pair of boots (granted I have a big foot lol) This store always makes me happy ♡
