Not helpful at all. They were all just standing around talking and made me feel bad for even asking for help. Going to buy everything I needed elsewhere.

My husband and I went in to get him some new converse and myself some new vans today. Me being who I am I put mine on and wore them out. My husband put his in the bag and we continued shopping. We get home and (maybe this is our fault) but the girl who got his shoes in his size gave him an 11 and a 10. Pitiful. Who does that? So tomorrow morning I'm going to have to drive an hour and a half back to Fayette mall to return them.

Tried to return shoes that I wore only inside half an hour. They said they were worn outside and wouldn't refund. They were rude about it as well. Didn't feel like I was treated as a customer, even if I couldn't return the shoes, it could have been nice if they were polite and did not act as if I was lying.

The staff is *insanely* friendly and helpful. As I walked around, every staff member greeted me in a cheery/friendly manner, and often asked me if I needed help with anything, wanted a shoe in a particular size from the back, etc. When I decided on a shoe, I asked for a size 10 converse. They brought out a size 10, a size 9 (which I ended up needing), and two different options for those really short socks made for converse and similarly shaped shoes to go with shorts. They promptly found some different sock colors when I asked about it, and they sold me half of a larger pack to make it cheaper. Considering the size of the store, there is a sizeable collection of shoe styles for both genders, and the prices, while not the cheapest, are what you expect for shoes. Overall, I have no complaints.
