  Nice hotel. Decent restaurant. Other than them accidentally taking 2000 dollars out of my account for a work trip everything was ok. Took me 4 weeks to get it back. This was also a problem for my coworkers at the Sheraton on Canal Street. Some of them had close to 5000 taken out of their account. Odd for this “error” to have occurred at multiple locations to my coworkers. Don’t give them a card for incidentals or it could happen to you!!!

  This hotel was difficult to find as there is road construction. But it was very nice. The staff was friendly and cordial. Parking is plentiful in the tiered parking next to hotel. My only issue was the refrigerator was placed on the floor by the restroom, so at night we had to be careful not to fall over it or bump our toes on it. Overall, I would stay here again when we visit our nice at college.

  Reservations are only a "request" for room type. I made two requests: a king bed and not to be in the room directly next to the elevator. Guess what? Two queen beds right next to the elevators. The hotel refused to move me to another room, saying that I should stay somewhere else. Sounds like a great idea. No one should stay here. It's a crappy one star hotel, and Sheraton should remove it's licensing.

  I stayed here because I had to attend a meeting in New Orleans. The carpet in the room was filthy. We asked to at least have carpet fresh put down. They assured us that it would be shampooed when went out. It wasn't. There were several stains and it smelled horrible. I would not recommend not only because of the the dirty carpet but Because of the broken promise.

  Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. Rob our bartender suggested local eateries within walking distance of the hotel. We tried both places and they were excellent. He was really nice to our group and the drinks were excellent. Can't wait for our next trip.
