  My wife and I stayed here and WOW! We were impressed with the room, staff and hospitality. When we visit again, we will be staying here for sure. I'd recommend staying in the 300 number rooms which is the main building.

  AWESOME and Excellent Place to stay. The staff went Above and beyond to Assist with any and All our needs. We were traveling with a Large group . Deanna, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR Making sure I Didn't have to sleep on the Floor.😁👏👏👏

  Poorly Ran and Poorly Managed. The manager was the worst one. Be careful when booking here. We were in town for one night...called ahead to see if there were 2 rooms available, because is was already 9pm. I was told yes...so i made the reservation and proceeded over. Upon arrival, they spent more time telling us about having to run the card for an extra $100.00 for incidentals on top of the $280.00, then they did actually seeing that they overbooked. NOW...I am not upset, that they over booked and did not any rooms for me, even though i reserved 2. I am upset that they ran my card when i got to the Hotel,,,and THEN told me they have no rooms...and had the attitude, as if i just need to deal with it ..I have yet to see the money returned to my card. And when i was only given a post it note with the cancellation number written on it, i was treated with an attitude , when i asked for a printed cancel/refund receipt .. This place is a joke...i recommend that you stay at the Hampton Inn across the street. They at least know what Hospitality is...after all...it is the Hospitality Business..I will no longer be a Club Carlson member. Thank You

  I wish there were more stars to give. Beautifully laid out, clean and comfortable. Very diverse friendly staff. Easy to jump on freeway to New Orleans. Great breakfast, all hot and always full. Of the many Country Inn Suites we visit In US & Canada this is in one of my top 2! Courtyard with pool makes for a nice gathering spot. Plenty of parking and close to shopping.
