::Submitted request to make an appointment online. They call back 2 days later set an appointment for the following Monday with a window beginning at 10am. Called at 11:30 and stated that nobody would show up that day and offer to reschedule for first appointment of the day 3 days later. Get a call at 8:30 will not make that first appointment of the day promise but fear not once a job is complete will have someone right over there. 3 hours later no idea when someone will show up. Guess since this was booked through Home Advisor with a waived service call, they feel that they can put you off indefinitely until you pay for the "Emergency" status to your ticket or your plumbing issue becomes an emergency through attrition.

::Jason came to inspect a floor furnace for one of my customers. This floor furnace is very old. Jason was very thorough and we are very pleased with the service that he provided. We highly recommend Shafer services to anyone who is looking for air conditioning and plumbing work.
