::Meagan Flynn was our sales rep. Love her. I was disappointed that I had so much trouble with my new car's technology. They had it in the shop for almost two months trying to fix the problem with the Infiniti In Touch system. I am happy to say that it all works now....Bruce was incredibly kind and worked diligently to get the problem resolved.

::I love this Sewell dealership, I'm always welcomed with a smile. This dealership offers a great customer service experience, which is hard to find at other dealerships.

::Poor poor listening skills and even less negotiating skills. I found a car on the Sewell internet page, Adam Munoz was the contact. I gave him specific information about what I wanted and needed to make the deal. In the original message I said do not contact me if we cannot do the deal as I requested. Not only did he not read the message, he insulted me with a lowball offer, and then tried to placate me with useless information as to "how car deals are done!" well son, I have been buying my own cars for 35 years, I think I know how its done. I'm extremely disappointed as I was hoping the see the "Sewell difference" no difference here they suck too.

::I recently bought a car from here, a ford escape. Although it was used it was very nice inside and out. In fact, based on the reputation of Sewell I agreed to buy it over the phone before I even saw it in person. I knew if it was coming from Sewell then it had to be in good over all condition and something worthy of them putting their name on it. I have heard a lot about Sewell over the radio during the last year from living in DFW and my experience with them lived up to their reputation. While my car was being prepared and going through final details with the service shop they gave me a loaner car which was impressive. It was nice to experience driving a 2018 twin turbo Infinity all day. They do take customer service to a new level without a doubt. My interactions everyone there was very positive. When I picked up my car it was sitting in the front parking space with a large bow on top which was a very nice touch and made me smile! My salesmen was Trevor and I highly recommend him ( TCU grad btw ). He was very prompt with replying to my text and emails which is always a plus. Trevor even took the time to HAND write me a thank you card that arrived a few days after my purchase. I wish him and his wife prosperity as she's making her journey through med school. The hand written card was more added measure to them taking customer service to a new level. For me it was a 5 star experience and I had not a single complaint.

::I typically use this dealership for the car washes, which are above average about half the time and the waiting area is very comfortable. I do have one issue, almost every week I upgrade my wash and pay the $20 bucks to do so. My issue is that somehow the cashier doesn’t know how to use the card reader as credit, when I pay, so every time I either have to use a debt card or cash. When I ask if I can use credit (every time) she says “I think you can only do debt.” For such a high end dealer I expect more. I mean know how to use the payment system as a cashier...
