  Lots of good clean cars to choose from but way over priced. Car we looked at was $3000 more than Kelly Blue Book value and wouldn't negotiate. This is a good place for people with no or bad credit to get a car or truck.

  Great place to do business. Had a needed repair, but fixable issue, with a recent car purchase. They were super helpful, had excellent communication skills and provided stellar customer service. They totally took care of us!! This is why Carmax is the only place I will purchase a vehicle from, has been the only place for the past 14 years.

  I was apprehensive about buying a car from CarMax. I let my salesman know up front and he assured me it would be okay. That made me feel somewhat at ease. I was trading in my old truck and did my homework in the "Black book, Blue book an Edmond's" so I had a price on my trade in. After a test drive I agreed to buy their truck but wanted to see how much mine was going to get. Dam if they didn't hit my trade close enough to make the deal I would buy from CarMax again. It was the best experience I ever had with a car dealership. That's how I feel for sure.

  The cars on CarMax lots are the best of the best. Only immaculate cars are sold there. And they give you a decent price for your old car, weather you buy or not. I love CarMax.

  Very easy. They will transfer cars from other locations for free. I looked online before I went told them the car I wanted to see then told a sales person I was ready to purchase and then I was ready to go. Only took about 2 and a half hours. Great experience great staff. Love my car!
