  I took a very darling Snow White costume made especially for my granddaughter by me. It had been packed in a box of other things and was very wrinkled and so I decided to get it dry cleaned and be like new then. Big mistake, they did not do one thing to the puffed sleeves. They looked like a wrinkled old prune. I told the girl there and she said they could not press them out. So, I knew I could so I brought it home and pressed the wrinkles out myself. I paid $7.50 to have this done because of the wrinkles and had to come home and press them out myself. What kind of people do their work if they cannot press sleeves? Never go there again!

  The first time I went to this drycleaners I dropped off one item, my favorite sweater. When I picked up the sweater I was horrified! It was a lighter color, was fuzzy, one arm was longer than the other, the entire garment was wrinkled and the shape of the sweater was altered. It honestly looked like I had thrown it in a washing machine and threw it in a corner on the ground after. The woman in the store was not rude, but surely did not seem to think it was a big deal. She said the owner would call me to address the situation. It has been a day and still no call! I called the store and once again the employee dismissed the importance of ruining my $200 favorite sweater and this situation has still not been resolved. What a disappointment! Terrible quality. Laughable skill. Shame.

  Worst experience ever! They gave my clothes to somebody else, the owner called me and said the next day will have them back, it didn't happen, I got my clothes back 3 days later. They were supposed to give me some credit for the inconvenience and didn't happen either.

  Terrible service. I was running five minutes late so I asked in advance to make sure they were going to be open and got an okay. Once I arrived however, my business was turned away. The male working there simply stated that "The owner" won't let him stay open a mere 5 minutes longer after he originally said it'd be alright. I said that I would never go back and he had to say; "We have hundreds of customers and your business doesn't matter" Sparkle cleaners is a better alternative and will be used from now on.
