::Recently, I called Kathy Anderson at the ServPro Grand Prairie location to I inquire if her company could get dog urine stain and odor out of a nice, long-shag rug, about 5’ X 7’. She told me whom to call and where to take it. A service consultant called to give me my options, which ranged in everything from having it done even though they couldn’t guarantee the odor would be completely removed, up to and including me just giving up on it and tossing it altogether! He gave me an estimate for cleaning and deodorizing it, which I was willing to invest, considering what i had paid for the rug. Kathy checked back with me to follow up with my decision and to Make sure I understand they couldn’t guarantee the odor wouldn’t return. I told them to take their time with it; they’ve told me it’s ready and I will pick it up this week. In fact, during Kathy’s last call, she said if I wasn’t pleased with it, I didn’t have to pay them. Of course I will pay, no matter what because I made an informed decision to take a chance, even though no guarantee was made. My overall experience with Kathy and every other representative I dealt with was excellent and exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend them based on this experience and another two times I needed them—once for fire damage and another for travel trailer carpet cleaning and deodorizing.

::My wife and I received great service from the SERVPRO team that came out during our flooding issue. Oscar Ortiz was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Oscar was able to let us know what to expect throughout the entire process—from beginning to end—which gave us a good sense of peace during a very stressful time.
