  I had a slow sink that clogged for years. Other plumbers told me many thing including being a grease clog etc. Finally Edgar diagnosed the problem correctly and it now working like it should. Hire a pro, this guy is the real deal. Jim

  Edgar has done some plumbing work for me in the past after a friend of mine recommended him to me. I was pleased with the work he did back then and felt like I could rely on him when I called. When another plumbing issue came up that required fixing, Edgar was far from reliable. I messaged him on a Thursday to have him take a look at a leak that was discovered by the city and asked when he would be available. He said he could be there on Tuesday, which I was fine with since the leak wasn't anything urgent. When I messaged him on Tuesday morning to find out what time he would be getting to the house, he responded with "tomorrow". He had job he had to finish up from the day before and wasn't able to make it. However, he didn't show up on Wednesday either. When I asked him why he didn't make it out there, he gave an excuse about losing his cell phone or losing all of his messages even though he admitted to making it to other appointments that day. It still took him all day to respond to me when he would be able to make it out to my place. When I didn't hear from him and after he flaked on me all week, I decided to call other plumbers. Overall, he does good work and has fair prices, but may not be the most reliable.

  We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Precise H2O. Edgar diagnosed the problems we had pretty quickly and gave a fixed price at a fair rate for the repairs. Then he even provided before and after pictures from under the house for the work he did. That gave me a good understanding of what he was dealing with and how he solved the problems. We're lucky to have found Edgar and will be very comfortable using him again should we have any other plumbing issues.

  Called Precise @ 5PM after waiting all day for another plumber who still couldn't give a time. Edgar answered and was here within 45 minutes. Quickly determined the solution and got it done right. Very happy with the service, professionalism and reasonable price! Will call them again in the future.

  Great service and professional people! Fixed drain problem on a Saturday after Condo neighbor had Roto Rooter out without being able to fix main drain clog. Highly recommended and very fair prices!
