::Having the 12v battery replaced on a Lexus RX450h. NOT the hybrid battery. Should have been about $100 at a normal Mainland Lexus dealer. This one gouges prices by 300% so I suggest you do not bring your vehicle for service if you know the issue. The second star is only due to the very polite and professional service people. They clearly understand wealth comes in many forms. Just because it is Hawaii doesn’t mean they have the right to charge an absurd amount. Unfortunately it’s the only Lexus service dealer on Oahu. Unlike previous reviews, I did not have an issue dressing casually. But if you know a service person like Harry then I suggest you ask for that person by name or else you will wait a while.
