I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel. We were upgraded to room 801 and the view of the water was amazing. Christian, am employee at the front desk, was very helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed (including restaurant recommendations). I have access to the Lounge and it was always fully stocked with beverages and snacks. I like that they do not have water bottles, but have biodegradable cups and have the option to refill your water bottles. The room was spacious and clean! The location was less than 10 minutes walk to Pike’s place and about a half a mile away from a walking and bicycling Park. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel with a better location.

Rooms are VERY small but clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly with the exception of one desk clerk. Great location. Room is good for two people, however, families may need more space.

I enjoy my stay every time. The location couldn't be better for going to the market, the pier, shopping and downtown adventures. The concierge is always very helpful. They also provide a robe here, on of my favorite luxurious on vacation. They have an awesome on site bar, not in the lobby area, go to the one just south of the lobby but still attached to the hotel. They make amazifresh drinks here with a great water view from the bar.

Nice soft beds and sheets. Very friendly staff and very good with deaf costumers. Recommend for any travelers. They are willing to work around and issues.

The hotel is in an amazing area, best walks to, everywhere! Close to do many things especially if you're the walking type! The lobby is amazing and the M club is a good one. The bar and restaurant are all nice as well. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well. The huge negatives are, you have to pay $52 a day for parking!! I would normally not mind as long as the hotel was "up to par" with everything else... Let me explain, the rooms are nothing to ride home about, they need some good updating, this would go a long way... As well as that bloody train they have tried hard to cover up the sound with double, double paned sliding doors but if you are in anyway a light sleep like I am you WILL hear those babies going by every 20-30min :o I would like to definitely stay again because they have me hooked as far as rewards program goes, it's good. But unless it's updated I don't see me booking here again. The train and parking could be a trade off as long as the rooms are updated.
