  Central location with easy access to Amazon campus. 15 minute walk to downtown. Rooms are quiet and large. Friendly, helpful staff.

  Absolutely the best experience. Always going out of their way to accommodate even when not needed. Beautifully clean rooms. Excellent beds. I actually slept every night. Very sweet employees. You won't be disappointed.

  Great hotel for a business stay in Seattle. The hotel is conveniently located at the northern edge of downtown which ensures a short commute. Staff is really friendly and always ready to help. They also provide a fitness studio and a whirlpool to relax after your workout. Water and fruit are provided during the entire stay and rooms are always spotless. Would definitely stay here ago an if I'm in Seattle for business again.

  My first night was fine as I stayed in a Space Needle Suite. I extended my stay and had to change rooms. When I went up to gather my belongings at about 10AM all my stuff was nowhere in sight. There was a maid in the room even though I had the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door. The room had been cleaned and I asked the maid where my belongings were she said, "I thought you checked out" I had numerous shopping bags from Macy's, etc. and they were nowhere to be seen. she finally produced from the room a small bag of some of my stuff. The shopping bags had been torn to shreds. The maid then started bringing back "my stuff" from outside the room. The maid gave me a large clear bag to put all of my clothes, toiletries, etc. and as I approached the elevator 2 additional maids told me, "Is that garbage we can take that for you." I was very disappointed as I felt they were running a scam and when the front desk seemed unconcerned about my experience it made me wonder if this hadn't happened before to other guests of the Pan Pacific Seattle.

  We loved staying at the Pan Pacific. We were able to upgrade rooms when we got here and the view was awesome. We came for our anniversary and they sent us chilled champagne. The service was phenomenal. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. It's also in a great location.
