The bathroom was smaller than my closet (while sitting on the toilet, my thigh was 1/2 an inch from the wall)...and the walls were paper-thin. The receptionist was WAY too professional and didn't smile. Not even when I cracked a joke. Breakfast was delicious, though!

Before my stay they warned that they were under construction. What I can say is that it needs an update. The paint is faded in spots, the outlets are in weird places and there were wires running along the hallway ceilings. However, the beds were clean and comfortable, the complementary makeup wipes were nice, they had a wonderful shuttle to the near by convention center for 3 dollars a person, and while they were in weird places, the outlets were plentiful! All in All definitely worth it!

Had a room with a Jacuzzi tub. I didn't know how to start the jets and the girl at the front desk "had never been in one of those rooms so she didn't know either, but will send the maintenance man to the room to show me." Shouldn't front desk staff be familiar with the rooms?? Five minutes into my soak I noticed all the debris and foreign matter (that surely didn't come from my body) in the water. Disgusting! They obviously don't properly clean the jets after each guest. Rooms are nice and clean otherwise and the breakfast is one of the best I've seen. 2 star review for a 2 star hotel!

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This hotel is located next to Seattle downtown, waterfront and most of the city's educational and touristic attractions. It definitely needs some renovation and update. It is feasible as a whole, the prices are reasonable but the parking is not free though.
