  Honestly I went to this store today I would actually give it not even a half of a star. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Never in my life have I ever been treat this rudely. I took my Six hundred dollar purchase to another Sears. A manager by the name of Gary Hazzard treated my husband and I with such disrespect, he should not be in retail. This guy needs to be fired!!!! We traveled all the way to Memorial City Sears to get treated properly.

  Don't ever be in a hurry. One register pretty much for all departments. Well clothing anyway. Men's women's all of it. Takes forever to get out of there.

  This store should close already, build a new one next door and hire all new employees. They are the rudest. The grumpy old soul sucker lady seriously just repeated the word no, before i had a chance to even ask her a question!? Are you kidding? Service has gone down the drain. I remember when sears was the place to go. Not any more. Now it's the place to pass up. Don't waste your time or God forbid your money on these miserable souls who would like nothing better than make your day a little more miserable than it was previously.

  Fixed my flat and was helpful with other product choices. Got another flat the same day on the same tire but he showed me the new rock chip I picked up and fixed it for free. Good service. A+

  My gosh this place gets worse and worse with time....horrible lines even when there's only 2 people in line they take hours. They have better prices than most but their staff is so slow and doesn't help much...some are very rude.
