  Store is clean and fairly organized. Would be 5* only problem is there is ALWAYS a long line to check out

  The first time I went to this location to return some items that didn't fit that were bought at another location as a gift , the Latina woman ( claimed her name was Katy who is a coordinator) refused to accept my returns even tho I had the receipt and the clothes were literally bought earlier that week with cash. She told me because i didn't have the employee discount card that I would not be able to return them and that it was store policy. THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE LIE and I ended up driving all the way to the one near the galleria and was promptly helped and told that I was lied to by the previous location. I understand that me and my friend were in pjs, and looked a little rough when we walked into the store (back to back 12 hr shifts )but regardless of our apperance we shouldve been treated like decent human beings.I shouldnt have to drive all the way out of my way to return something because the manager and coordinator want to judge people at my location. I do not owe your staff a fashion show. I don't get a discount for walking in with a full face of makeup and my hair done but I have learned that the quality of customer service I receive from this locations coordinator and manager is soley dependant on how visual my "monetary value" is to them. Besides those two harpies ruining 2 seperate trips, the rest of the staff is absolutely lovely and they have a a great selection of items.

  Love this T.J Maxx specifically! If you don’t find what you need here you can always walk a few stores down to the mega Marshall’s down the way! Great finds all the time, especially designer and Home Good items.

  I purchased a piece of furniture there today & Robert was my cashier. He was incredibly polite & went above & beyond to help me get it on top of my car. THANK YOU so much. Job well done Robert &TJ Maxx.
