  Very Very Very slow should keep at lease 2 hour in hand to open a new account or if want to speak to an agent. They have sign all over the place respect dude how they want people to respect if you make them angry in the first place by waiting 2 hrs they are not respecting people time. They are worse then emergency room. I literally heard one accountant talking what she eat and where she get food man it's messed up. I thing dmv is even faster

  Long waits. One woman who does accounts is great. But chase charges $16 if your under 500 or 800 i cannot remember. So since its a poorer demographic community. alot of people have left chase to bank at santander. I have a few accounts all free. Just make 1 credit card tranaction a month. But most of the staff is slow , undertrained, and way understaffed. Saturdays r busy. If u need an account specialist right now there is only 1 person working. The wait is 1 1/2 hrs. Ridiculous. And they have new signs up that say " our goal is to treat you and your money with respect" that line is absolutely LUDICROUS , ABSURD , A TOTAL LIE , DISRESPECTFUL , AND A CROCK OF SHITe. HIRE MORE STAFF 1 SPECIALIST PER DAY FOR SIGN IN SHEET IS WASTING PEOPLES LIVES, TIME, MONEY, AND PATIENCE. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS BUT NO OPTION

  unfortunately I bank here, this is the worst. now they put sign everywhere here that says "respect starts here" reality is they don't know how to respect. I strongly believe they need true training and of course need to use common sense. they say "thank you", looking at somewhere else not at you. the teller told me to sign the receipts making gesture not event uttering a word. they treat like they are giving me a big favor. I really hate to go there.

  Not sure what’s hopping now but they were renovating the whole place and making it much smaller.
