  I seriously do not know how to do anything with anything on my dishwasher when it didn’t work. Glad that this company is very reliable and assisted me after calling them. They surely top this kind of service amazingly. Thanks!

  Terrible customer service... I had called and set up an appointment they said they would need at least two days before they can schedule me I did three days out . They scheduled me for Wednesday 6-9. I rushed home from work to make sure to be on time. I waited from 6 - 8:30 pm . I started getting anxious so I called to confirm the visit .The guy on the phone told me he didn't know anything. That he was just the dispatcher i asked if there was anyone else I can contact I just wanted to confirm. Mind you I had canceled important things and planned around their visit. He gives me an attitude and said I just needed to wait until 9pm and if they didn't come to just call him back in the morning.Was not understanding or apologetic in any way. Needless to say they never showed up. I never received any kind of curtesy call of any kind to say they weren't going to make it. I understand things happen and some repairs take longer than expected but a call of cancellation and a better attitude would have sufficed. I hope they can take this feed back and improve on their customer service skills and communication with the clients..

  Compared to other companies we contacted, only Santa Ana Dryer & Washer Repair Services has the lowest prices. I didn’t hesitate to hire them and despite the price, they provided us with excellent assistance.

  I would like to point out the excellent service I received from Santa Ana Dryer & Washer Repair Services, when I asked them to come and repair my washing machine. They gave me a professional and efficient service, and also a good and decent price. I put their number on my fridge door, to have it handy in case of need.
