::Terrible customer service... I had called and set up an appointment they said they would need at least two days before they can schedule me I did three days out . They scheduled me for Wednesday 6-9. I rushed home from work to make sure to be on time. I waited from 6 - 8:30 pm . I started getting anxious so I called to confirm the visit .The guy on the phone told me he didn't know anything. That he was just the dispatcher i asked if there was anyone else I can contact I just wanted to confirm. Mind you I had canceled important things and planned around their visit. He gives me an attitude and said I just needed to wait until 9pm and if they didn't come to just call him back in the morning.Was not understanding or apologetic in any way. Needless to say they never showed up. I never received any kind of curtesy call of any kind to say they weren't going to make it. I understand things happen and some repairs take longer than expected but a call of cancellation and a better attitude would have sufficed. I hope they can take this feed back and improve on their customer service skills and communication with the clients..
