I booked a room for the first time on 5/15/2018, that was a huge mistake. I almost didn’t book the room at this hotel dues to the poor reviews people had posted online. Despite the negative comments I gambled and booked it anyway. The room was just ok, spacious and updated. While the bathroom and floors could of used cleaning. The customer service is awful. Tina the self proclaimed manager of the property needs to check her attitude. I was harassed and screamed at by this “manager” for no reason at all. I am baffled that this Girl represents this motel. She should not be in any sort of customer service job or dealing with the general public AT ALL. Tina wouldn’t let me even finish a single sentence without talking over me and our conversation turned into Tina loosing it completly by screaming at me. I asked for a manger or owner and her reply was “good luck with that it’s not gonna happen.” This place is so thirsty and will hold your deposit, they will do anything to get paid that extra 75 bucks. I am so disappointed with this motel. What a huge let down. I will never book a room here again. I hope Tina has a better day tomorrow.

Had a great stay. Monica was awesome she made sure we were comfortable with our stay. Our room was clean only problem we had was low water pressure, but overall great place to stay. I would highly recommend it. Everything close to downtown we didn't even need a car, we walked everywhere verywhere 😁

This hotel is a little overpriced for what you get and the location. Yes, it is advertised as being close to the Gaslamp District and Downtown (walking distance), but it is in what appears to be a shady part of town. This hotel is located riiiight at the exit of a freeway and fairly isolated. The sounds of the traffic are not that noticeable though. What is noticeable is the sounds of people walking above you, the floors are that sensitive and squeaky. There is a parking lot for guests, but it's only 1 car per room, so if you were sharing this room with a friend and had brought 2 cars to get here, 1 person will be out of luck. And it's first come, first serve, so there's a chance you might not get parking at all. The interior has a sparse, monastic quality to it, but at the time these pictures were taken they were in the process of remodeling. The room comes with a mini-refrigerator and microwave, which is a plus. However aside from some hangers and 2 small, modest drawers, there's no other place to store clothes. The place itself isn't too bad, but it's not worth the $100+ a night that it costs. The prices, in my opinion, should be more in line with what a Motel 6 costs. You'd be better off staying somewhere else.

Really clean room. A bit small but it was expected. I think the reason for 4* is because I wish they had better lighting. Trying to do my makeup there was relatively difficult since I had very dim lights. Otherwise it was a nice little room.
