  My wife decided to order her glasses from here and she regretted it!! Took more than 2 weeks to receive them! She definitely, will not be ordering them from here anymore! They lie on the date they are supposed to arrive! Very unhappy!!!

  Horrible Customer Service. I will never use Sams Club Optical again. A doctor is hardly ever on site and apparently are the only person that can do anything to help. The rest of the staff sounds like they dont even want to be there when they answer the phone. I had my exam done at this location and purchased contacts only a few months ago yet when I am in need of more contacts due to my last one breaking, they cant even give a sample out, even though Im about to purchase anther box, without approval from a doctor (which is never there). Thanks for convincing me to use 1800 contacts over your crappy service.

  Jose made an appointment for us then made us wait over an hour after we arrived on time. Poor customer service.

  Jason in electronics outdid himself again. I will buy my next electronics items because of his great service. Look at sams club I am hiring again. Customer service like his deserves recognition
