We hosted a retirement party here and the venue and the staff were perfect. Guests were floating in and out, kids could bowl, grab pizza, head back to bowling, and the beer and drink collection was great for the grownups. Amid all the fun and chaos, the staff were attentive and accommodating the entire time.

This is a local favorite for traditional New England candle-pin bowling. Friendly, helpful staff. Good pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, but the salads aren't that good. Great desserts. Easy parking across the street and a short walk from the MBTA red line Davis Square subway station. Kid friendly.

It's a candle-pin bowling so easy for kids to work with the ball. Limited lanes so reservations are made weeks in advance. If you don't have reservations then come as soon as they open. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The onsite 🍕 place is amazing with two wood-fire ovens. Paid parking nearby. Getting a lane to bowl is bigger problem than finding parking.

The food was great!! The pizza is right on point!! I had a problem with the wait time and that’s why I am giving it 2 stars. Made reservations for 10 people 3 days before. Got there on time and the table wasn’t ready. Waited another half hr until someone came and grabbed us to show the table (there was a pole in middle of our two tables. ) So we waited longer for another table to open up. Here is a suggestion for the business: don’t take reservations if you are not going to honor it. I understand u may choose not to honor reservations as a business but that would be bad for business. I am sorry but I won’t go back there again.

Great pizza in a unique environment. The pizzas are tossed, topped, and fired right next to the seating area. In the winter it's delightful to sit where you can feel the heat from the ovens. Good beer selection, and the candlepin bowling is loads of fun. I recommend the Jay's Heart pizza if you're just starting out. A great cheese pizza is the mark of a great pizza place!
