Truly horrendous service. I'm actually amazed such a large place can be so inefficient. We went on a Saturday night and ate on the first floor - they had ONE waiter for the entire place. The managers were just walking around - bringing a few drinks to tables now and then. After 30 minutes of waiting for food, I had to physically find our waiter to ask for the status. When he looked into it he said it would be coming right out and apologized, blah blah. After another 15-20 minutes I went straight to the manager and asked what the deal was - we had only ordered fries, nachos, and a freaking grilled cheese. He seemed surprised we hadn't gotten our food yet despite walking by our table multiple times. Finally, ONE HOUR LATER, our food arrives. The manager apologized and said our ticket had gotten lost - so what the waiter was doing when we asked initially is beyond me. The food itself was typical bar food - not bad, not mind blowing. The manager did comp our meal, which was nice, but I just could not get over the inefficiency of this place. Tables next to us were all lamenting the wait as well - it was a circus. I do not recommend unless they hire more freaking waiters.

We went today since my sister was in town for the weekend. The games were fun but I was not impressed with the service or lack there of that is. We got drinks at the bar which the male bartender was nice. We played some more games and decided to eat something before taking her to the airport. We sat down and not one person came over. So we asked if we had to order food at the bar or did they have table service. They said someone would be w us. We sat there for at least 20 min. There were a few tables but they looked like they had been there for a while. I was surprised that the guy with the dress shirt and dress pants with an air piece (possibly a manager) never even acknowledge us. My wife and I live right up the street and were super excited about this place coming to Assembly and planned on visiting a lot. Even when I cashed out for our drink he knew we were looking at menu earlier and never asked if we wanted any food. It was NOT busy at all. The bright side was one of the game guys helped us with this one game that was stuck and even credited us of game.

Went on a Friday night to grab food and drinks and check the place out. The place itself is pretty cool (maybe overstimulating, but you knew that walking in) and the games were basically what you'd expect - arcade, pool, bowling, shuffleboard. Not bad, 6/10. The food on the other hand was overpriced and pretty horrible. I got the 'Hot Chicken' sandwich - it was $14 and, no exaggeration, the piece of chicken on my sandwich did not even come close to touching the side of the roll. It was probably 1/4lbs, after being breaded and fried. Also, it was under-cooked and weirdly stringy. We also got the nachos - they were ok, but got soggy pretty quickly. The service was not very good.. waited 15 minutes after our drink order for drinks to arrive, then our apps and entree came within five minutes of each other. 2/10 - if I ever return here I will certainly not be eating.

Ate lunch and the food was good. The chicken wings with Korean sauce appetizer was excellent. However the chicken in my daughters asian sandwich was chewy and undercooked. My wife's meal and mine were tasty and well cooked so 3 out of 4 items were great. The thing that through me off was the fact that we were going to play games. But when I we t to purchase game cards I was told that there was a fee to activate the cards. So not only do you pay $25 dollars to play maybe 15 to 18 games but you have to pay $2.00 activation fee per card just for the privilege to use the card to play. I was told if I registered the cards at a different kiosk I would get 13 points added to my card. Registering puts you on their e-mailing list as you need to register your name and e-mail and such. So you get maybe two free games for the privilege of getting e-mails from Lucky Strike.

Attended opening night yesterday and for the most part everything went well. Good drinks and chef inspired food menu was tasty. Wait time at the bars were long early on in the night but died down as the night went along. I will provide a more detailed review on Yelp when they have an account open.
