  Ruth is amazing instructor after I been in few Pilates studio she is the most professional the studio have small group which she can give personal attention to each & everyone in the class in 4 weeks I started to see amazing result with my back pain my shape getting better every day  thanks to the special class Ruth’s  doing in her studio

  I started coming to Ruth for lower back pain and she made miracles! Not only I’m not in pain anymore, her excersizes makes me feel energized and fresh. I highly recommend her!

  It's a group class with a 1 on 1 feeling. Every class has different levels. The classes are never boring, with new moves every time.

  Ruth is very knowledgeable and works very hard to ensure her clients get the best care. Her personalized encouragement and coaching make a hard work out a breeze and a pleasure. So fortunate to have been a client!!!
