  I cannot say enough good things about Amy and her crew. I can tell that everyone there is really invested in helping you feel better. The atmosphere is great, comfortable vibe that is a haven for me.

  Not only a fantastic yoga studio but also a real healing center. In my opinion the people here are truly special. I came here new, as a beginner, never practicing yoga before and felt welcomed from day one. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking to improve them self.

  In my opinion is a very advance yoga practice that helps you develop to think not just with your mind but with your entire body as a whole, and when you start seeing and finding things going your way you'll be deeply convince how helpful it is in all expressions of your affairs. I can only show you where to look, I cannot tell you what to see. I know it works wonders for me. All I can say is try it and see. But like the ancient said; "Spoken Tao is not absolute Tao." You must go through the experience and feel it. After all, the Kingdom of Heaven is within you. My opinion...

  Body and brain yoga has turn my work out and health totally around. After each class I feel great, relaxed ready for life challenges. I highly recommend this practice.

  I highly recommend this yoga studio. It's a supportive and relaxing environment with extremely kind people. I feel so much better after every class!
