  When we had a sudden sewage backup in our basement we called Roto Rooter of Westchester and they came the same day to help us with our plumbing issues. Edwin the plumber who was assigned to us, was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. We was honest in telling us that he may not be able to help us (meaning it could have been a septic issue vs a drain backup) and that we wouldn't know until he did the work. Luckily it was the pipe and Edwin was able to fix the backup within a short time period. Thank you again for your service.

  shawn #888 was on time, on his arrival he was polite, explained everything he was doing. gave us different options to repair and suggested ways to prevent further problems. would absolutely recommend and will use roto rooter again. Thanks for a great service.
