  Terribly expensive and misleading. they installed a brand new system in my home two years ago and now they want to charge me $570 per year maintenance agreement. the system is just about brand new and they are insisting on the agreement. But when I fought them on it they came down to $200. What a rip off they are. The price they are charging is also 40 to 60 cents higher than anyone else. I asked for prices on Facebook and everyone is cheaper. If you are considering them ask on Facebook what others are paying! you will be surprised at how expensive Burke actual is!

  Burke was absolutely pathetic .when they came to fix things- the bs line was “oh that for water not oil we have to charge you. “ The other bs line is for people stupid enough to agree to a price protection plan- if the price goes down you get the lower price. The lower price is 2 cents off the cap price. Stay away from this company. If after reading this you sign up with them - SHAME ON YOU. Tom A

  Always responsive. On automatic delivery, we've never run out. Great service on old equipment. Great service on new equipment. Love the annual maintenance plan. Always show up if we run into a problem. Thank you very much.

  Really poor experience. Unable to solve issues we experienced despite numerous times at the house replacing parts. We decided to leave Burke and although we instructed them not to deliver oil a final time, they did and charged us $400. Despite us explaining all of this, they didn’t want to do anything for us. Lots of other providers that are much better than Burke.

  These guys in Hawthorne are the worst! The techs themselves are friendly enough and seem to want to do a good job, but their customer service is the worst!! I have had them out to my home twice since mid-June for the same issue. The 1st time in June I was charged approx $1,000.00 to service 3 units.....they attempted to tack on an additional $400.00 which I disputed and just paid the $1,000.00. 2 months later in August the same issue with the unit occurred and I called them back out to correct. Turns out the initial tech from June didn't fasten the lines tight enough and Freon was leaking out causing low power and cold output. Fast forward to the next month September...and here we go again...but to add to it....they are stating that I need to pay $100 for a call out fee plus another $300 down...for what reason I don't know...and so they can attempt to fix an issue that they were paid $1,000.00 to fix back in June 2017....this office is a joke. So I am taking my business and money somewhere else...my 2 cents...you should do the same. They aren't worth the headache and money; especially if they cant even resolve the issue at hand. UPDATE: 9/28/17 - We got a follow-up call from Tom Baum....sounds like a great guy. I explained my situation as well as frustration with this entire ordeal and all he asked was for a chance to make good. He even took the time to explain their policy and 1 year guarantee on their work....which is something the customer service failed to do. He cleared everything up and we are going to give it another shot. He even offered to come out with the service tech to ensure everything was done correctly. Impressive. I'll let you know how it goes...but so far, Tom is on track!
