  Bad customer service. I walked in with a Starbucks iced coffee on my hand and the lady who stands at the front door (greeting lady) said that I couldn't get inside the store with it. In the mean time as she is telling me that, at the very exact time coincidentally another person walks inside the store passing-by right next to me holding a soft drink in their hand. So I pointed to that person and asked the greeting person "why did you let that person inside the store?" while I was pointing to the person with the soft drink in their hand. The greeting lady's response was that the person who just walked in she was headed to the customer service area...and she basically just brushed it off. Well, I always bought things from that Ross at least twice a week, but no more!!! I'll make sure my money gets spent elsewhere in a place where who is allowed with a drink or not is not a subjective call, but rather a rule that applies to all customers. It all boils down to the store leadership or lack thereof. Here is my advice to the corporate office...send your employees to training so they can be consistent with their customer service...in that case, lack thereof.

  Good assortment of clothes. Lots of hats too. Lines were long but moved fast.

  The experience was ok. The only thing is when you go through the clothes aisle with the buggy it is a little cramp. Other then this the store is ok. The cashier I had she was friendly an nice

  This store is nice because it's on the center of the downtown but the organization of the clothes is horrible due to the lack of small staff. I think this store can improve because the store is big they need more staff to please the costumers. The area that I visit most is the kids section because is more organize than the other departments. The women and men clothes need to be more organice by categories not only by size but also by style and color so the customer gets a better view of the products selling on the store.
