::Super expensive! I love the brand, I had a motorcycle but the prices are abusive!

::Such bad customer service and employees are majority new cause they don’t last. Got refused service cause I needed to order a part that another dealer had and they refused to order it.

::I've been a Petersen's customer since 2001 when I bought my first Harley. Yesterday I almost bought number 3 but couldn't put the right deal together. I took my bike in for a routine service. I made an appointment the day before, not always necessary but I recommend it to make for a hassle free visit. I arrived in time and brought my bike right in. Promptly greeted by one of the service writers, Tony inspected my bike and took me thru the service options. While I was there I told him I was considering trading in for a new bike so he quickly connected me to someone in sales. In short order I had Alex from the front back checking out my bike and asking what I was thinking about purchasing. I had a co-worker pick me up and literally within 10 minutes of leaving I was already getting a phone call with a deal including my trade-in value. No pressure, that's what I love! My bike was ready late in the day and I escaped for under $100, $97 to be exact, lol! All ready for my ride this weekend to Alabama Jacks on Sunday! Thank you Petersen's!

::Had a wonderful experience buy my first Harley bike. Kelly was so wonderful and really a great person. Will be going back for my next Harley and I will recommend it to all my friends and family to go get there Harley with Kelly.

::I went to this Harley dealer about a year ago. I was excited because I was getting ready to rent out one of their bikes. First off, when I got there, I had to wait forever because it seems that the renting process takes forever. After waiting at least 45 minutes, the lady at the rentals counter told me that I needed to have at least $1500 in my bank account before i could rent out the bike. Nobody told me this when I called the day before. As a result, i could not rent out the bike. My Uncle had dropped me off at the dealer, thinking that I would have the motorcycle for the day. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from these guys. I have three words for you all. Eaglerider dot com
