::Located inside Gracire Lane. The food was good and affordable . Went for lunch with my niece. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. This is minor note, I do wish that there was a more diverse younger clientele.

::The Cutest, Sweatest, Tea Room, I absolutely love the layout with the beautiful antiques and other beautiful items it makes the room truly come alive. It's cozy, spacious, has a delicious smell and just every bit relaxing. The food is absolutely lovely and just a great environment. It's also amazing that it's in the antique mall so you can shop and then visit the tea room or visit the tea room and then shop. Such a great location to have it surrounded by so many great and beautiful items in the Cooper Street Antique Mall. Definitely recommend a visit. Definitely a 5***** from me.

::Over $30 for high tea that ended up being slivers of sandwiches and some pre-packaged appetizers that were heated up. The tea was iced tea, which makes no sense either. Also- make sure you don’t have anyone unable to make it to a reservation because you apparently have to pay for every single spot no matter who can come. Being told that the food was “already made” so we had to pay for it as a surprise at the end of your meal was a shock. No one mentioned it the multiple times we called and they just didn’t seem to care. Also- 20% auto gratuity is added even if the person didn’t show up. I’ve been to the tea garden for high tea years ago at the older location and it was a completely different experience. Unfortunately it’s not the same and I will not be going back.

::Met friends at The Rose 🌹 Garden Tea Room for Lunch on a cold, windy Saturday afternoon. This was my first visit and I'm thrilled to report it won't be my last. The Tea Room is located inside another building, Gracie Lane Collection. The menu has a variety of options including soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees and after 2:00 pm High Tea 🍵. Lunch began with a bowl of Toasties (bread with Garlic Butter). I decided for my main entree upon the Rose Garden Variety which is a sampler plate of chicken salad, fresh fruit, quiche, soup & pumpkin bread sandwich & the Rose Garden Poppyseed Dressing. The food was simply DELICIOUS and I enjoyed 😋 it All. Our server was polite, friendly and helpful. The ambiance of the Tea Room is quite inviting and refreshing. Looking forward to having High / Afternoon Tea at The Rose Garden Tea Room on my next visit. 👍
