  Rooms to Go has changed. It is now typical mid value furniture. Stopped buying leather here after seeing bonded leather lowering their value grade of pieces. Salesperson showed me sectionals that they thought was 100% tanned. I showed them the furniture was only leather on the cushions and where your back rested. All the rest was poly. That surprised me. Actually the product was better then it was last year. I noticed a 3 step transition of quality over the last year. They got rid of the bonded leather all over. Went to 1/2 leather 1/2 bonded. Now, its leather an poly. That’s cheaper but better than the leather mix. Bonded leather is TRASH. It breaks and lifts like someone took a carrot grader and torn it. Lost $900 on a chaise and $2000 on a sofa. VERY ANGRY. It was an expensive lesson. If you have show living arrangements as a single/couple an don’t figuratively ‘live’ in your home, it will work for you...for awhile. It eventually degrades. However, if you literally live with life of hosting/fun/kids/lounging experience SPEND the extra. We bought a $4,000 Cindy Crawford sectional that is still beautiful but the cushions are slightly sagging at the top where ‘people’ have enjoyed our home. Time for new after 10 years and there is NO DAMAGE. I noticed some of the same issues with the Sofia collection and stayed clear. I do like the pricing because its reasonably for working people. Rooms to Go is not different from other retailers, so this is not a bashing. Just educate yourself on how your spending your money. Rooms to Go can make your home beautiful.

  Furniture delivered on a Tuesday. They refused to put the table together. Called customer service same day, about 6pm, and they told me they would have the driver turn around and install it since they deliver until 9pm. Heard nothing back. Called about 7:30pm CST, but customer service was closed as of 8pm EST. Called Wednesday morning and found out they couldn't get the driver out, because he had finished for the day. They said they would try to get someone out that day. Spoke with delivery manager that morning who said he would try to get someone out that afternoon. He called that afternoon to say they couldn't get someone out because the routes were done. Scheduled for Thursday at 4:30pm. I called customer service at 4:40pm, because no one showed up. They said they only saw it was scheduled for Thursday, but no specific time. Received call later that day and found out they couldn't come out. I called customer service and the delivery manager Friday morning. Delivery manager said he could have someone out at 4:30pm that day. Told him we couldn't be home then, but 6pm would work. He said no one could deliver then. I told him I will be home all day Saturday. He said that would be perfect, and they will be there between 9am and 11am. No one showed up. Called customer service. They can't get anyone out until next Wednesday to install, meanwhile I have no dining table. I decide to just cancel and have them pick it up, but during the weekdays I can't pick a time, so they may show up when I'm not home. I can't get them to install the table, and I can't get them to pick it up. I will only be refunded once they are able to get the table, and who knows when that will be. The manager could do nothing for me. Very frustrating. I've bought all my furniture from them, but I will never purchase from Rooms to go again because of this. I'll take my business elsewhere.

  I have been here several times even through the construction phase. This visit was actually the first time we were greeted when we entered. Twanna was great, she was really helpful without being to overbearing. She checked in every so often and ultimately we purchased a mattress set.

  Ms. Mo was our salesperson. She was very nice and polite. She wasn't too pushy. She let us make our way around the store. But, she was always there. My husband and I was looking for a bedroom set and of course we found one. We also purchased a mattress set too. So the experience this time was good like our other times.
