  Ordered 2 beds 2 dresser's & a dinning room table set, had to wait 1week after my other furniture was delivered. Delivery & set up went well. I'd come back. Nice heavy furniture Noticed after flipping my chairs to my dinning room table over that my chairs weren't properly screwed in wood is damaged inside the chair covering underneath, screws popped out, a washer is broke on one. I called the office spoke with 2 different ladies who told me 2 different things. I paid for delivery and set up of all my furniture. The set up wasn't properly done with my chairs but there service men have been scheduled to come out and fixed the problem being that my table set is still under warranty. Satisfied Now 😉 Let's Pray this time the job is done correctly

  I had the worst experience with regal furniture. I bought a queen size headboard, mattress, dresser, and a wall frame from them, I got home and found out the wall frame was too big for my space. Besides, it was old and had scratches all over, which was not obvious at the store because it was hung. Then i took it back the following day, and they refuse to take it back. With I kept insisting that I can’t keep it, the salesperson asked me to get out from the shop. It was awful. I even told them that I would like to have an exchange,cos it was stated in the receipt, NO REFUND, ONLY EXCHANGE. It was a very terrible experience. I regret ever going there. “And their prices are far above the top”

  I have purchased a set of bunk beds as well as a dining table. I absolutley loved them!!! I have had the beds for over a year now and have moved them once and still in great condition the table has been moved 1 and I have had it for 8 months. People compliment me on it all the time. Great customer service from office staff and speedy delivery.
