::Went to Rojo to celebrate National Margarita Day- yes it’s a real holiday! :) I felt that the margaritas were mostly ice but had a good flavor. Started off with chips and queso. Had chicken fajitas and a side of cotija grilled corn. Fun vibes and good for groups.

::One of the best Mexican restaurants in town. They have an extensive tequila selection, staff is very knowledgeable. The margaritas always hit the spot, especially during happy hour.. It's a total steal. Try the queso con chorizo sometime if you are thinking appetizers. The service is some of the best around. Jeff and Cassandra were absolutely amazing! Can't wait to go back!

::Great food. Great service. I recommend the ceviche as an app. There lobster tacos were awesome! It was really busy and we were seated in the bar right away. Food was quick and delicious!

::Some of the best nachos I have had in my life. I walked in and ordered for takeout. Although the restaurant was packed (and on a Tuesday night!), the staff was friendly, kind, and patient, and took very good care of me and the other customers. My order was completed quickly, I thought it would take much longer! I will definitely be coming here again soon!

::My husband and I went there yesterday and it was fantastic. Rojo has one of the best cheese dips. The waitress was incredibly attentive and fantastic! The food has a unique twist here compared to other Mexican restaurants. The dining area is classy - lots of windows, booths, and very clean. Staff was attentive and welcoming.
