  As a Pentax user, I can only get used items for my cameras here, as fast as lenses and flashes. They have a good selection of bags and accessories, service was good.

  The associate that assisted me today was named Luke Bunch. I purposely asked for his card right before we left. He was extremely helpful and kind. While helping me out with a trade-in and purchase, he gave my little guy some stickers to keep him somewhat occupied Lol. He really made this visit awesome. I also would like to thank the gentleman who held the door open for my husband and I while we were carrying our babies and equipment out to our car. Will definitely be back.

  I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Roberts Camera for the first time. Within minutes of walking through the front door I was overwhelmed with the vast array of products. All of the staff I interacted with were exceptionally engaging, helpful, and high-spirited! A truly unique business with a rarely practiced customer-centric philosophy.

  Roberts staff is very knowledgeable about camera and lighting equipment. There were a couple of times when I did my research online and came in to discuss a lighting issue and realized after talking with their lighting person that there was a better solution. They don't require you to make a purchase when dispensing advice. I've tried this several times with phone calls to two online stores on the east coast and gotten the impatient treatment. Roberts' prices are also better, or equal to other online places.

  This is one of the last dedicated camera stores in the US. If you're a photography enthusiast and you're ever near Indianapolis Roberts is definitely worth a visit. The used department is amazing. The staff in the whole store are all very knowledgeable and friendly photography enthusiasts and pros.
