  I highly recommend this Pilates studio. My daughter, who is thirteen and has problems with her joints, has been working with Loi for several months now, and she has been wonderful. Loi has helped my daughter become much stronger by working hard at the studio, and she also teaches her simple exercises to do at home. Because Loi considers the entire body, her strength training has been much more effective than any physical therapy which typically focuses on single joints. I feel very confident in Loi’s ability, and she has a very encouraging and positive attitude which has been great for my young teen daughter. We feel lucky to have Riverside Pilates in our neighborhood!

  I am so thankful for Liane at Riverside Pilates. Liane helped me get in shape for my wedding a few years ago, but it was really after an injury to my arm that I was most grateful for her help. I was going to physical therapy which was $90 after insurance and it wasn't helping enough. So I started going to Liane again instead and she helped me get healed way more effectively and holistically. I have done personal training, soul cycle, barry's, etc and nothing helps me get a more effective whole body workout than a session with Liane. She has also helped me make sure the tendonitis in my arm doesn't return and she is constantly adjusting to my needs, pushing me really hard on days when I need it and healing me on days when I am in pain. I cannot recommend Liane and Riverside Pilates enough!
