Very helpful guys for explaining bike trails if you are new to this area. Bikes were pretty good. We had fun driving to City Park!!

I was in a hurry on my way home passing through the French Quarter when I blew the front tire on my bike. I was within walking distance of the shop and decided to stop in. I was greeted openly and one of the gentlemen paused what he was doing to prioritize changing my tube knowing that I was in a rush. Five minutes later I was on my way out. Friendly atmosphere with great service.

Very nice. Tube replacement is a little bit pricey but the service was worth it. Stop by and give this great LBS a well deserved look see!

Renting bikes for such a great daily rate was the best idea my fiance and I could have had. We had already gone to 3 places before getting to RideThisBike. The others were not to our liking because they didn't have front brake bikes (only offered pedal brake bikes and I would have probably busted my ass). I got a beautiful and comfortable multiple speed bike with front brakes and my fiance got a really cool big tire cruiser with front brakes and pedal brakes. The process of renting them was quick and easy. We left the bikes there for a second and went next door to the Museum of Death. If you're into cool murder stories and things like that, you definitely have to check it out. As for the remainder of our experience at RTB, dropping off the bikes was effortless and quick. They were even nice enough to take care of my duffel bag as we went to have lunch somewhere in the quarter. These guys are definitely our go to for our next trip to NOLA.
