  If i could give them 6 stars i would! I am not surprised that it has been voted the 12th best bicycle shop in the US. The service and knowledge(!) is impeccable! Highly recommended if you are looking for quality.

  Couldn’t tente à bike because there are no back seats available for children. The place doesn’t have the equipement. Sadly, it goes for the whole city: it’s not kid friendly...

  Rented a bike for the day. Told us that we can return before 11 the next day. Failed to mention that they would be closed the next day so i got billed an extra $60 for a day with two bikes i didn’t want. Was rude to me and my girlfriend the next day we returned whe i asked him about. Told me that he was positive he mentioned it and said it’s there on the door. He didn’t say anything to us about being closed otherwise i would have made sure the bikes were back before they closed. I’ll be back in New Orleans but will never go back to this bike shop. Be a little more understanding and less condescending to your customers.

  Went to three bike shops that all could not help me until I came here! They’re very knowledgeable with bikes and can have you repaired and back on the road in no time. They have amazing customer service and are eager to answer any questions you have to their best knowledge. I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else!

  I purchased my bike here 8 years ago from Tim & Michael and they have been very helpful in keeping my ride on the road ever since. I can honestly say that I have enjoyed each visit to the shop and have found the techs there friendly & knowledgeable. Cash is king and Bicycle Michael's was the ONLY bike shop in NOLA willing to "haggle" over a cash sale of a bike that had to be ordered from Electra and not out of their stock on hand. So I continue to return and always recommend Bicycle Michael's to friends and strangers alike.
