  Recently had some issues with my 2017 Tacoma and the dealership thought it had to do with the windshield installation causing a leak (often dealerships will blame windshields by default without looking at all possible causes). Took it to Richardson's and they diagnosed the problem, immediately discovered the source of the leak (which wasn't the windshield), fixed the problem, and even resealed the windshield just to be safe. I didn't pay a dime because they had already disassembled everything while looking for any sort of windshield leak and it was easy for them to fix. I can say with confidence that they take pride in their quality and workmanship and will go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. Or in my case, even if there's a sliver of possibility that they may have done the job wrong, they will take the situation seriously and make the worse case assumption. I didn't even need to try to get them to look at it and they didn't deflect at all. They turned what would have been a difficult situation for any other windshield company into a positive and easy experience. The entire experience was easy, stress-free, and they were very professional and knowledgeable. They definitely deserve recognition and the 5/5 Stars. Highly recommend.
