  I brought my car in for a diagnostic check last week and as soon as I pulled on to the lot the service advisor named Bary came to assist me. He was very professional and communicated clearly with me regarding the problems that they found with my vehicle. He even called and got my extended warranty protection to cover more than half of the costs accrued for fixing my vehicle. Later on in the week I dropped my car off for repairs and I was issued a rental of the same type of car i owned. Got my car back the same day! Everyone I came in contact with at this Nissan location were polite to me and provided me with great service.

  I am always pleased with the service and courtesy of all the staff at Burleson Nissan. Since my first car purchase, I have had nothing but great and outstanding service whenever I return. The staff always takes care of everything that I need to have done. I am sure that I have found the dealership where I will be purshasing all of my future vehicles.

  I live in Garland and I will continue to make the drive to this Nissan for the high quality customer service and inventory. Each salesman I’ve worked with has been dedicated to making me feel comfortable and get exactly the options and car I loved. The atmosphere is professional, but laid back. I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured at any point during the purchase process. Shawn Benker works diligently to get customers great deals and pays close attention to detail. When looking for a new car, do not hesitate to visit Burleson Nissan!

  My overall experience at Burleson Nissan was PHENOMENAL! Mr. Claudio went above and beyond to make my experience SO POSITIVE. He was very professional, answered any and all questions I had, went out of his way to make sure I got the best car and deal for me and my family's needs. He was willing to take the time, at my comfort level, at every step. He was NEVER pushy or made me feel like he was more concerned about selling car then he was about my family's needs! Mr. Thomas also assisted us in the trading/buying process with grace, kindness, and understanding with all that went into the process! I have never experienced such a level of kindness and professionalism like I did at Burleson Nissan! Both of these gentlemen truly blessed my family in making our experience! Also, Mrs. Moore in finance was also very professional and kind. She was very detailed and also answered any and all questions I had. Burleson Nissan is by far the best dealership experience I've ever had...great team work all around! You will NOT be disappointed by choosing Burleson Nissian for your car buying needs!   Very impressed. Took my vehicle in for service. Jason Vise was amazing. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly when 3 other mechanics had failed to at all the day before. He delt with the warranty company for me and held them to a higher standard than they held themselves to. Jason was honest with me the entire way and was available by text for constant updates. When I picked my vehicle up after service was completed, it was cleaner than the day I bought it. I couldn't have been happier with this dealership's service department. I definitely recommend anyone with a Nissan to make the drive to Burleson if your vehicle needs service.
