  I have had the opportunity to work with Daniel and the crew for years, I admit that it is a bit more than others but you can go other places. I have not had a major problem with this site that I have yet to get resolved. Lol there's a lot of issues with everyone if you are not able to pay for the merchandise don't get it. Ijs. The delivery people only are doing what they are supposed to do. It's a business they have been nice to you just PAY YOUR BILLS AND THE HENCEMAN WON'T BE KNOCKING AT YOUR HOUSE.

  Based on what I have read with the other reviews... no way am I renting from these people.

  The workers at this store rip u off! I supposedly had store credit because I gave them the bed I wanted back because it suck mattresses were hard and lumpy not like display ones. So I went in and got a living room set that was suppose to come out to 750 but I ended up paying 1000 which was more then the price without the discount! I will NEVER go back here EVER again!!! Don't recommend this place at all!!

  The Items I got, was told it was new and it wasnt. Broken Chair, I order and Bunkbed never recived it (Paid for it). Called corp office to report store, once 19th ave Rent A Center found out they wanted there stuff back I asked for a refunded and they refused to give it... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING ANOTHER FROM THIS RENT A CENTER. I think they are selling money from the company.. Because when i went down there to pay they said I didnt have to because they applied what I owed for the bed to my account. I asked for a print out because I knew I put down too much money for a Bunkbed I never got. They refused to give it to me... They give other Rent a Center store a bad name. I'm reporting them to the BBB.
