  Room was clean. Front desk was amazing and very courteous. Definitely will be back again. Just gotta see if they can get a bigger sign because I got lost a few times. But overall, great place to sleep and very quiet. Keep up the good work.

  BEST customer service I have ever experienced from a hotel/motel! The front desk associates were extremely helpful. We received a welcome bag with snacks and water. We were in town for a concert and they arranged our ride for us. When we got to our room they called to make sure we were happy with everything. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we checked out they offered us water, juice, and donuts to take on the road. We will definately stay there again!

  Very convenient location for Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. The room was appearance clean but dirty. When we getting ready to check out, the blanket and sheets were piled up on each bed. After check out, we thought we left something in the room, when I walked in to check, the cleaning crew were making up the beds with the same bedding we used. Would not recommend this place.

  The stay here was not terrible but the room was gross. The staff seemed nice and didn’t bug us. However the first night, we started to see very small roaches in the bathroom. There are also no large garbage bins outside to throw away our trash, so that made it worse. The whole room was dusty, especially the A/C and curtains. The night before we checked out, we saw cockroaches all in the drawers and felt disgusted before we slept. That same night, I woke up abruptly because I had a roach on me! The only good part was that we were leaving that same morning, so I was able to just get dressed and count the minutes before check out. Overall, the staff was nice but they need to take care of that infestation.

  The rooms are nice given the price. I honestly cannot recall a hotel stay anywhere with worse service and worse attitude by various people at the front desk and not just to me but to the other guests that I witnessed. You want to know how to change channels on you tv? Forget it. You want a second ash tray from the front desk in the evening? Forget it. You want hot water in the evening to make your own tea? Forget it. This and more was in just the first 24 hours of our stay. It's like they have a culture of delighting in saying no.
