::No hot water in shower, phone was dusty filthy. What else wasn't cleaned? Ceiling had dirty stuff on it, don't want to know what, just don't look up! Front desk was never helpful or friendly. Actually very rude more than once. Shuttle driver was texting & playing on cell phone while driving. Nearly ran a light. Shuttle forgot about us more than once when we had called for a pickup. Multiple poor experiences with front desk staff. Zero customer service.... I wouldn't stay here again. & cannot recommend the place. We didn't utilize bar/restaurant services. We cannot offer opinions on that portion of hotel. Hotel's appearance was decent. Except having a cooler in the lobby for ice. Odd.... Breakfast was decent. However staff not available for assistance in breakfast area... Disappointing after seeing the exceptionally high ratings for this hotel. Maybe other guests didn't interact with front desk or shuttle staff....

::I really "hate this place" after a long 8 hour drive to get in to a dirty room.gross. meaning someone didn't clean the room it had spit on the end table all over the front .someone hair on the tissues box.and restroom looked all used up. Soap was opened the trash was full. The room was dusty enough to see it.the bed sheets were stained with yellow stuff both top and bottom. then I ask to change rooms. Which smelled bad. Like dirty dog. And pet hair all over the bed. I don't have a pet. Not to make it worst. But they have a sign saying 5 pm till 10 pm for dinner if you need after hours call this number. If it couldn't get worst. Its 6:37 pm. So I try dialing the front desk. When the phone doesn't work. And top everything so far that's happened. I use my cell phone to call the direct line and the young girl at the desk said I needed to come down to place my order because they are closing at 7pm. What the heck!!! I highly don't recommended this place. I don't recommend this place i came with someone who picked this place. I had no choice .

::We had a really great stay. We were there for an event and it was for only one night but the room was great. It was spacious suite and it was nice and clean and our AC worked very well. Once we arrived, we found out they had a shuttle service to the baseball stadium for our event, and it looked like they also shuttled to and from Cowboy games as well. That was the clincher, they saved us so much time and money by not having to park. It was greatly appreciated!! Make sure you tip the driver!

::Great staff that go above and beyond! Hot breakfast also good, but the eggs are cooked a little hard for my taste. The waffles are outstanding as I think everyone in my family tried them. The shuttle service to Six Flags a major benefit of this location also. Saves the hassle of parking at Six Flags and the drivers are really nice. Overall the hotel is clean and the staff very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

::This is a great location if you're looking for a place close to 6 Flags, Hurricane Harbor, AT&T field or Globe Life Field. They offer a free shuttle to all of the above and more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good for the price. The pool isn't huge but it has plenty of seating area and is a great place to wind down after a busy day of enjoying one of the above. We will definitely stay here again.
