  World's WORST! They will tell you anything they think you want to hear, then no follow up. Had to have piece replaced, delivered broken. Replacement also broken but not as bad.

  Salesman was prompt in greeting and offering help as I entered the store. Told him what I was looking for and he was very helpful.

  Got there an hour and half before closing, the sales person & the manager were extremely helpful and got me some really great deals on a bedroom set, mattress, dining set & sofas. Did not think I would get it all done in that time, once they knew what kind of style and color I was looking for, they had some really great suggestions. They had many styles & colors to choose from and the quality is great. They were able to get it all delivered to me in two days. Delivery was great as well, everything was covered & wrapped, so nothing was damaged. They were able to get everything in and set up in about an hour.

  I think they are overpriced and provide horrible service. I suggest going there to get an idea of what you want and order the item online. You basically have the same return policy. Which is none! The "insurance" is another scam. They try not to cover whatever is wrong with your furniture.
