  Just called to set a plumbing appointment for a few days from now. Upon answering the phone there was several seconds of silence before I said hello. Then a lady finally said hello. When asked about a plumbing appointment - she indicted that the plumber had been gone for a month and did not know when he would return, Thats bit odd - don't you think?

  I called another A/C company and they seemed really shady so I drove by there office, and THERE WAS no office. I called Rapid Repair Pros and Brandi set me up with a fantastic A/C guy who met me at my house THAT AFTERNOON and got me squared away. Thanks guys you are a life saver!

  I called RAPID REPAIR PROS today and they were great. I had a toilet that was overflowing everywhere and I just moved in! They helped me locate the water shut off valve over the phone, and the plumber they sent arrived about 45 mins. later. He fixed the problem, which was way cheaper than I expected, and I was able continue moving our furniture in! Thanks for saving the day guys! Ya'll are great!

  I had a major leak at my work, after hours, of course that could not be shut off I needed some one to come out immediately, but also needed a quote in that same frame for ny employer. These guys are awesome and super fast as well as great customer service they kept me informed of everything that was going to need to be done and I was very surprised when I found out the total was more than reasonable .. I would highly recommend them to any one and everyone, hands down I will not be looking elsewhere : ) I want to thank Rapid Repair Pros. Team for excellent service ans for everything that your company does I am a very satisfied customer...
